#GratiTuesday: HAPPY ST. PATRICK’S DAY!!!!!

This is one of my FAVORITE HOLIDAYS EVER! Where everyone is Irish, wears green and drinks green beer and has a jolly time! It’s a joyful time of the year; the start of spring, warmer temperatures, cuter outfits and being able to walk around outside without a coat on (the best time of the year). One year ago today, my nephew was born – he brings so much joy to us in my family, and I can’t imagine what life would be like without that little guy! He’s our special, lucky little (well, not so little because he is already wearing 24 month clothes) guy. I am grateful to be his crazy, fun Aunt Booyah – it’s the best job I’ve had so far. I love you, E!

Happy Saint Patrick’s Day, everyone!! Here’s a little Irish blessing for your St. Patty’s Day today! πŸ˜€ πŸ˜€

I hope your beer is green, and your outfit is too! πŸ˜‰ πŸ˜›

With lots o’ Irish luck,

Whoooooops – GratiTuesday is coming a day late! (Sorry not sorry I can’t stop with the Britney GIFs) πŸ˜‰ πŸ˜›

This week, I’m grateful for the little moment of pampering with my gym boo, R. Sometimes the littlest things make all the difference and add that extra bounce in your step. My feet take a lot of abuse from all the running, workouts and cramming them into cute shoes, so a serious spa situation was much needed. Last night R and I got spa pedicures for Galentine’s Day Continued and it was absolutely divine. The lady at the nail salon did not appreciate all my running blisters, however. Ah well. My toes are lookin’ on fleek today! Ba BAM! πŸ˜‰ πŸ˜€

What are you guys grateful for this week?

Whooopsie! This is a day late because of the holiday, but better late than never, eh? This week I’m grateful for my gal pals, and friendship – for making my Galentine’s Day (and every day!) super special and awesome. Who else can you call to help you pick out going-out outfit over Skype (which turns into 25 minute fashion show), grab a glass of wine with to discuss your bad day (cheers!), completely understand whatever #girlprobs you’re having (like if your one eyebrow doesn’t match your other eyebrow, or you’re having a bad mascara day), laugh about inappropriate things with, give you high fives and fist bumps when you’ve completely destroyed your run/workout/when you did that thing you couldn’t do before, or be right there for you when you need a hug, a phone call, or an hand-written note. You gals are the best! I love you all. And I’m so grateful for each and every one of you in my life (including all my new blogging gal pals who gal it up together over the interwebs – love you!). ❀

What are you guys grateful for this week?? Tell me in the comments, because this is always my fave thing to read all week! πŸ˜€

With love,

GratiTuesday: Snow Day!

photo 3

Happy GratiTuesday, all! We are reporting live from Boston, where the snow is still coming down (on top of the 6 or so inches we already have – it’s hard to tell with the drifting). Today I’m grateful for every snowflake, and more specifically, having a snow day! It’s time to make hot chocolate, snow forts, sledding jumps and vegan baked goods. Wooohooo!!! After baking a batch of Vegan Pumpkin Power Muffins, drinking wine and watching chick flicks with my peeps last night, I wore my PJs inside out to bed just in case we didn’t get dumped on (obv it worked). πŸ˜‰ They are still predicting 18 – 26 inches total accumulation by Wednesday. Let it snow, let it snow, let it snow!! πŸ˜€ πŸ˜€ πŸ˜€

This week, I’m grateful for laughter. It seems I’ve been getting it in spades recently. First, from this amazing YouTube video my friend posted (ok, so I’m ALWAYS late to the party on these things, and I know it’s mid-January but it doesn’t make it any less awesome). And, THIS ridiculousness. My bff B sent me that last night, and I thought someone hacked B & B and experienced a moment of panic. She was dying laughing at me, and I started laughing, and we just couldn’t stop. I had never heard of gizoogle.net before (and apparently I’m REALLY late to the party because according to another friend, “Wow, gizoogle. That sh*t was from like 1995”)! And (one more), THIS: 28 Cringeworthy Fashion Moments We Witnessed on Laguna Beach. All of these outfits were my jam, and wait – jeans and a going-out top is still ok, right?? πŸ˜› πŸ˜€

I hope your #GratiTuesday is full of laughter, too! What are you grateful for this week?? Post below in the comments, because you know I love that shiz. πŸ˜€ I really, really want to know! πŸ™‚
